一、个人简介

陈勉,教授,从事石油工程岩石力学的科研与教学工作。是国务院学位委员会第六届学科评议组石油与天然气工程评议组成员(召集人)、国务院学位委员会第五届学科评议组地质矿业石油评议组成员、全国博士后管委会第六届专家组成员、国家自然科学基金重大项目“页岩油气高效开发基础理论研究”首席科学家、中国岩石力学与工程学会常务理事、深层岩石力学专业委员会主任、《石油科学通报》主编。出版《石油工程岩石力学》(科学出版社,2008)等专著6部,在国内外发表学术论文300余篇。所提出的非平面压裂技术开辟了提高油气产量的新途径,大幅度提高了压裂成功率和单井增产,挽救了一批濒临放弃的区块,其理论成果得到国际同行权威学者的高度评价,其成果“大幅度提高油气产量的非平面压裂技术与工业化应用”在2009年获得国家科技进步二等奖。所提出的井壁稳定钻前预测方法的应用大幅度提高了深层钻探成功率,不但在国内十余个油田推广应用,而且为我国石油企业开拓中亚、南美、非洲、东南亚和中东市场做出了积极贡献,该成果“高应力强水敏深层钻井围岩稳定技术及工业化应用”2011年获得国家科技进步二等奖。陈勉积极开展教学改革,倡导教育教学国际化和多途径实践能力培养,培养学生的全球化意识和实践应用能力在石油工程教育取得显著成效,其成果“实施精品战略建设石油勘探开发品牌专业”获得2009年国家级教学成果二等奖。“和而不同--石油工程领域研究生培养体系重建”获得2014年中国研究生教育成果二等奖。
